Urine smell (even old urine smell) can be removed from fabric (clothes) easily with a mixture if vinegar and and non-chlorine bleach (never mix vinegar and chlorine bleach). Add during the laundry rinse cycle.
This method also works very well on carpets.
Adding white distilled vinegar and baking soda with your normal laundry detergent to the wash cycle works beautifully. You can also add a new product called Febreeze Laundry Odor Remover for extra measures, if needed. After washing, do NOT put in a dryer. The smell will return. Air dry outside and the smell is gone. The only items I noticed where the odor was not 100% removed were nylon-type materials.

It should just be cleaned normally. You can add a cap full of pine sol to help. But, after it's cleaned to remove all of the musty smell, try to get an ozone generator and run it at least 24 hours in an enclosed area with the furniture. The ozone will penetrate all of the surface smell as well as the deep down smells. It will oxidize the bacteria that creates the smell. This works really well. The generators can be rented.
