you need to take the interior panels of. there are 2 star screws on each panel behing a cover. the rest is all snap fittings

the low side hose is the one that is bigger
Its on the drivers side of the car. I believe the terminals take a 8mm wrench and then there is a support on top of it with a screw you have to remove that i believe takes a 12mm
the mirror should just pop out, remove the two heating wires and install the new mirror
under the dash on the drivers side AND UNDER THE HOOD ON THE DRIVERS SIDE...
