Move seat back, remove bolts at the front of the chair slide rails.
Then move the seat forward and remove the bolts at the rear of the seat slide rails.
Disconnect control connections (Lumbar, heater etc)

it is located under the air cleaner box in the front of the drivers side of the engine compartment. You will need to remove this whole assembly and disconnect some of the exhaust to remove it.
remove the door panel then remove the switch which is secured at one closest to the front end by a Philips screw into a gold retainer
remove the four bolts at the front and the rear

open up dog house , ( in cab hood ) remove drivers side with short ratchet .Remove passenger side from out side of van , through front wheel well , remove front right wheel to make it easier

I think you have to remove the driver's side front tire and the battery is up in front of that. Believe it or not!
