I had to remove the door panel in my 84 Toro over the summer. I had to replace the window motor. ( which was a little challenging). Im gonna try to remember how I did it so it might not be complete. I know you need to unscrew the panel with the switches. There is also two screws under the handle you pull on to close the door. You have to unscrew the door lock on the top of the panel. I think there is a few screws inside the panel where you took the switch panel off. I think after that everything should pop off. There is little white "buttons" around the perimeter.
