You need to pop the plastic off the top front and top back of the door. it justs pulls off. Take the screws out of the bottom of the door panel. if you have power windows and doors you need to pull the switch pannel up and un plug all the harnesses. By where you took the platic off of the door there are two little platic rivets. take somthing pointed and push on the cinter of it and then pull the rivets out. do not throw them away you can reuse them. After you did all of that then just pull up on the door panel slowly and it will come off.

There are 2, in front of the door under the dash. Between the dash and the floor. Theres one on the driver side and one on the passenger side.
I believe it's in the front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel access cover

According to the 2006 Ford F-350 Owner Guide : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located in the front passenger footwell behind the kick panel access cover * the kick panel is the interior trim panel , in front of the front door , beside the passengers right foot *
as I recall, it is underneath the passenger side seat. I am not 100% sure though
