just unscrew the endcap to the magazine tube and insert a small flat-tip screwdriver and push and turn, the spring and plastic plug can then be removed.
Unscrew the Magazine cap and remove the barrel. There is a clip/ring at the end of the magazine tube. Revove the clip and the spring and plug will come out. Replace the spring and reassemble.

Gun is restricted to 3 rounds by design. It has no mag plug, that is where the gas system is.

This question is impossible to answer without knowing the type of firearm and its condition. Several types of gun were made for Charles Daly by the Japanese. Take the gun to a gunsmith and have it identified as to model and condition before resubmitting this question.
Take the cap off and point the gun doun and shake it and it should come out mine did

Check to see if the rubber o-ring is broke.Maybe take it apart and clean it really good with brake cleaner and oil it lightly.
TAKE IT TO A GUNSMITH!Seriously. Without being able to examine the weapon, there isn't a person in their right mind who would even ATTEMPT to diagnose the issue. It could be any NUMBER of things, from firing pin to springs to trigger or even ammunition. Until you have that weapon checked out by a licensed gunsmith it should be considered unsafe.
