To replace the right rear motor mount on a Pontiac Bonneville Supercharged, start by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove any components obstructing access to the motor mount, such as the air intake or battery. Unscrew the old mount from the engine and the subframe, then install the new mount by reversing the process. Finally, ensure all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications and reassemble any removed parts.
I own a 1994 Bonneville and replacing the back spark plugs was not too bad, there is enough room and with a socket extension you will have no trouble.
If you are speaking of the front mount, it is a transmission mount, and you must lower the subframe to R&R.

To replace the front motor mount on a 2001 Ford Windstar, first ensure the vehicle is securely raised and supported. Remove the front passenger side wheel and locate the motor mount, which is typically positioned between the engine and the frame. Unbolt the old mount from the engine and the frame, then install the new mount in the same position, tightening all bolts to the manufacturer's specifications. Finally, reassemble any removed components, lower the vehicle, and check for proper alignment and stability.
