How do you replace the headlights in a 2007 Yukon?

1. First remove the Phillips screw located above the headlight. It helps to hold it in place.
2. Next remove the parking light on the side of the main beam.
3. Then remove the 4 bolts that hold the main beam into place.
4. Now you sould be able to remove the headlight assembly.

there are 2 pins just behind the headlight on the core support

twist and slide out the 2 pins and tilt out the headlight

remove electrical connector

twist out lightbulb

make sure you do not touch the glass on the new bulb

replace in reverse order making sure to locate the two bottom tabs in the proper holders before sliding in new pins

Open the hood of your SRX and disconnect the power connector from the back of your headlight. Squeeze the tabs on the connector and pull the connector off the back of the headlight.

Pull the rubber dust cover off the back of the headlight housing.

Rotate the collar on the headlight counterclockwise and pull it out of the headlight assembly.

Insert the new headlight and turn the collar clockwise to lock it into the housing assembly.

Replace the dust cover.

Reconnect the power connector to the headlight.
