one very EZ method: put about 1/2 - 1 cup plain white rice in sock (no holes!). Tie end of sock. Microwave 1-2 minutes, put in pockets & go. Downside is, the heat is somewhat humid, they don't last very long. I'm experimenting with different fillers (seeds, rock salt, etc). Will post as results come in.
