Go to http://www.citizenwatches.com.au/instruction-manuals

choose manual fro E870

1.) Pull crown out to first position.

2.) Move mode hand to TME.

3.) Pull crown to second position.

4.) Set time (one click moves one minute: three clicks puts hands in cont. motion) Push in to stop.

5.) Pull crown to first position and move function hand back to L-TM.

6.) Puch crown back in.
