Do you mean switch where the files go when they're downloaded, or just switch a folder in the library?
Open up Frostwire, hit tools, and click filters. On the the left you'll have a selection of categories, find shared. You should be where it asks you to select files to be shared with Frostwire. (It's not a popup) Hit add folders and find where has folders named 'incomplete files' and 'saved'. If it's showing the music or videos you downloaded then just go up a folder. Hit add new folder and it should appear in Frostwire's library.
Go to My Documents* and look for Frostwire. (You should see it without having to go through any folders) Double-click it. There should be a 'Saved' folder, go into it and look foir you picture. * If not My Documents then look in Program Files.
