If it is ,man made surface, like plasic, that won't damage easily, I would suggest WD40. However, DO NOT use on wood, or any surface that you are even slightly worry will get damaged.
If WD40 Is impracticable, I would suggest using warm, soapy water, and a nylon scouring pad.

To take stickers off of a bike you peel them off. Sometimes stickers are covered with clearcoat, in which case they can't be removed unless you sand them off and repaint the bike. In which case you're better off covering them over with a single-colour vinyl decal or something.

They probably don't want people to take off the stickers and shoplift the item. If you purchased something there, usually taking some rubbing alcohol on it will help it come off.
*Rubik's Cube You can't fix it. better buy a new one... after peeling off the stickers the first time, they're just going to fall off repeatedly. If you don't want to legitly solve the cube, it's better to take it apart than peel off the stickers. Just match the colours, how much harder can it be?

I doubt they will buy a DS lite with stickers on. First off, a DS lite isn't that valuable any more and the stickers will knock a lot of value off anyway.
Clean your windows first, then in the area that you want to place the stickers, clean with alcohol. It will take off any grease or anything that is still on the window and your stickers will adhere better. Hope this helps.
