A Model UN position paper should answer three basic questions.
1. Does my country support/condemn the agenda?
2. What has my country done/is doing to support/condemn agenda?
3. What does my country plan to do to support/condemn agenda?
Try to put in as much facts as possible, and highlight your country's achievements. Stray away from generalised information. Also, don't forget to mention the International treaties your country has ratified or signed.
