Making your own bullets involves several steps, including gathering the necessary components like brass casings, primers, powder, and projectiles. You’ll also need specific tools such as a reloading press, dies, and safety equipment. The time it takes can vary; setting up your workspace and gathering materials might take a few hours, while the actual reloading process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the number of bullets being made. Always prioritize safety and follow local laws and regulations when reloading ammunition.
There was no store to buy the bullets from. This is how they made bullets: the pieces of a mold would fit together and the solider would pour melted lead into the mold's spout. After the lead cooled, the soldier could take the mold apart and remove his new shot.
I would highly recommend that you do not make your own airsoft pellets. They might jam and or brake your gun.
Skin colour won't make a difference.
depends on the amount of bullets....

If you are unsure, take it to a gunsmith. There are more than one type of "38 bullets"

Hundreds of different companies make BULLETS (which is the part of a CARTRIDGE that gets fired out of the barrel) There are also hundreds of companies that make cartridges- Remington, Federal, Winchester, CCI, Prvi Partisan, Eley, Nobel, Lapua, American Eagle- and a LOT more. Many governments also make their own cartridges for military arms.
It is not illegal to own ammunition but you must have a permit to own a gun.

No. An antique bullet is 100 years old. That is the meaning of "antique". But they can make modern bullets to fit and antique pistol.
