I am currently 1/2 a year into my textiles GCSE i am aware that is not long but still. I find the GCSE quite fun as i enjoy being creative however it is very hard to find time to complete all the coursework, so if you are an organized person that really helps.
Good luck with your choice.
not really hard at all, it requires no energy what so ever to do and its pretty much a useless subject
no
As long as you keep up with the gcse resistant materials corsework
It is not a requirement to have a GCSE in textiles to study it at A level. However, having a background in textiles from GCSE level can be beneficial for understanding the subject matter at a higher level. It is always best to check with the specific school or college offering the A level course for their entry requirements.

GCSE's are hard for some, and easy for others. I suggest that you work hard on them, if you are about to take them, so you can get into college/ work. Good luck!
Multicultural textiles is textiles from diffrent cultures gees its not that hard are thick or some thing !!!
If your textiles coursework is weighted as 60% of your final grade and the exam is weighted as 40%, an A in both would average out to an overall grade of A.
You need the following GCSE: PE Home Ec DT Nail Tec Media Art Music You only need a C
Unfortunately, the document included lots of important coursework and without it, Mariah would fail her Textiles GCSE.
Most 6th forms/colleges require that you have that GCSE at C or above. Also, it is very hard to do A Level Music without GCSE Music.
