I'm now 14 and I've been working out since I was 12. I would say I'm pretty buff, as I have a six pack big and can do 100 push ups without stopping. Anyway, getting buff takes a lot of hard work, and isn't going to happen overnight. If you are in relatively good shape now and you work out every other night with normal body weight exercises such as push ups, pull ups, crunches, sit ups, and planks, it will take you about 5 months to get buff. In terms of push ups, you'll be buff when you can do about 70 push ups in a row. You should be able to do at least 30 in a row now. Every time you do push ups, after you have done as many as you did the night before, force your self to do another couple. Some people say working out early stunts your growth, but I doubt if that is true, because I am as tall as my dad. Make sure to consume protein after every work out, because it is your body needs it to build muscle fibers.
i think 2 cuz i am 11 n i cant do 1
a 14 year old can indeed get buff not like a world champion/jay cutler buff, but fairly muscular for your age of course i recomend you not only train your body, but you train with your mind, your mind will keep you training trust me! its not recommended because exercising at a young age will stun your growth.
Minimum: of 19, but it depends on what age you enlist.
It depends on your age. Now go search how many push ups a person your age should do it
Most all Buff Bill Commemoratives were made in 1968.
that totally depends on the girl, at that age i could do 17 but many struggle to do 5, some can do more.
It is pg 13
At age 17-20 is a perfect age to start building muscles. When it comes to the chest you can do regular push ups, close push ups and use weight-lifting machines in the gym.
Depends on a lot of things, your gender, age, size, fitness, and how hard you push. I get something like 35-40 cals/km, but I'm quite fit and I push hard. Around 20 is probably more likely.
Well to start, exersize more often at least an hour a day. And depending on your age you need to make sure that you use the right equiptment.
Old enough to push the mower
The number of calories burned during 50 push-ups would depend on factors like age, gender, and intensity. However, on average, a person weighing 80 pounds may burn around 40-60 calories by doing 50 push-ups.
