I have been with them for almost 2 years, and I make 7.50 an hour. Took 14 months to get there from 6.50! I wouldn't recommend working there, they are an evil company. The management team uses the associates to cover their butts when the UPPER management comes in, working you WAY past your supposed schedule. Hobby Lobby, I believe, doesn't even know what the word "schedule" means.
So basically, I wouldn't bother with this company. Overpriced merchandise means fewer sales, meaning "we have to cut everyone's hours again." I get tired of hearing that. I'm currently looking for another job.
