If the machine is in very good condition, all wood is there and not painted (could be stripped if it is) the brass drawer pulls are there, has a leather belt, shuttles, manual, proper screw driver (came with machine), proper tools container - painted metal with name of machine on lid, and bobbins it may be valued up to $450.00. If it has an engraved plate that indicates the machine was made for a sales outlet - the plate will be on the machine just left of the chrome looking manual wheel on the right - then it may be worth more. The machine in good condition can sew through almost anything and is very reliable. great excersize and relaxing. The machine will continue to work for another hundred years while the store bought one you have no mater the cost probably will be long gone.
