Undo the nuts on the shaft, fastening it to the top rose. The wires go through to the windings wound on the stator. The rotor holds the laminated pole pieces held inside the covering which holds the blades.
Remove the blades and brackets and the long screws that go through the rotor. To separate the two halves of the cover you may have to removes a decorative adhesive tape around the circumference.
Support the rotor and knock the shaft through to release the bearings.

Having dismantled it, there is not a lot a home repairer can do. Non working generally means that the windings have burnt out. Rewinding is not a home job and getting a professional motor factor to do it, would be more expensive than buying a new one.
It a 'squirrel cage' type induction motor, with the staor and rotor swapped. No brush gear to wear out or replace.
