Support the engine, remove cam belt covers and top engine mount. Remove serpentine belt then crankshaft pulley to expose cambelt. Lock the engine flywheel, fuel pump sprocket and cam sprocket. Loosen tensioner and remove belt. Fit new belt, set tension, remove locking tools then rotate engine twice by hand to check the timing holes align. If good, refit everything. If not, reset timing and check again.

How do you change citroen berlingo fan belt?

To change the fan belt on a Citroën Berlingo, start by disconnecting the battery for safety. Remove any components obstructing access to the belt, such as the engine cover. Loosen the tensioner pulley using a wrench or socket to relieve tension on the belt, then slide the old belt off. Install the new belt by following the proper routing diagram, re-tension the pulley, and reassemble any components you removed. Finally, reconnect the battery and start the engine to ensure proper operation.
