Put in back in the box and return it. We are on our second and last product from these people. First one lasted 4 months and started making a clicking sound. We were told that the electrical contacts were arching, must have been damaged in shipping.................right?
We just received a replacement.......... that one lasted 3 hours. Followed all the steps outlined for cleaning and setting the unit up and everything worked fine. After returning into the house after an evening meal in our back yard we found water pouring out of the dispensing spout...................... the shut off turned out to be faulty and the contents of a full 5 gallon water container is now under our laminate kitchen floor . The flooring has to be replaced sooooooooooooooo Hope you have better luck with these people then we have. Have since been told there has been some serious property damage cause by this product and they are pending court actions being taken
