Just some tips, not a whole answer. When you start your business, its only $10 bucks to start(not a whole lot, considering you'll earn it back if you make profit). My tip, don't go all out on trying to buy everything when you first start. Avon sells you tools to help your business grow. So, my tip, be smart on all the tools that you buy. Just buy the necessary things, choose a realistic number of brochures you need to purchase(eventually increase it by a little, to challenge yourself to get more customers), order things like bags, order books, and maybe like 2 different samples a campaign(it adds up). Don't spend too much money on all the awesome demo products(unless you know you're gonna sell them). Or you could order products your customers want, maybe sell it to them while they're looking through the books. This business is like all others, you get what you put in to it. My main point, be smart about it. Leadership offers you a lot of money. If you want to start in leadership, you work your way up. This is where the money is. Of course, you have to buy the $10 appointment kits, but you get more money back from Avon for every person you recruit. The more successful women you recruit, the more money you'll make. You can make money by building a strong foundation, meaning attend to your team's needs, help out one another make money. But, you'll only earn money if your team sells. I have a great group, my uplines are very encouraging, and push me to do more. I know my uplines made a lot of money through Avon, by just being in leadership. I don't know more details about working your way up, if you're interested, contact your local Avon rep, and ask them about it. If they don't know, ask them to ask their district manager, or their upline. for more information or to sign up contact me www.youravon.com/sabrinamartinez
The money that you can make is really unlimited. Selling Avon is a Great way to make money. You can set your own schedule.
It depends on how much you want to make. The more people you get for customers then the more you will make, it's up to you how many hours you put in and how hard you try and get customers. The money that you can make is really unlimited. Selling Avon is a Great way to make money. You can set your own schedule.
No, a 12 year old can not work handling money that is not yours. Selling Avon involves handling money that is not yours (when people pay you)
I am an Avon rep and i make 40 percent off of any avon product that I sell and 20 percent off of any non-avon item in the brochure. I don't consider it a full time job it's nothing I can rely on for your main source of income I decided to do it just to make a little extra money. To be really successful and make a lot of money you really have to be motivated to get A LOT of sales.

Not too much. I started with the $10 starter kit and then a few bucks for buying the books per campaign. You can invest more if you want but you don't need to spend so much. Just organize and keep track and you will be fine. Selling Avon is what you make it! http://youravon.com/marisolmontanez
