It depends, of course, what model handset you have. Many of the cordless ones are similar. Mine is a kx-tga560.
Remove battery cover.
Using small Philips screwdriver, remove two screws along base.
Using a small flathead screwdriver, you must then pry upwards along the edge where the two case halves join together. Use one hand to pry gently while pulling the two case halves apart with the other hand. There will be a couple of distinct pops when the clips let go.
When I say "pry", it may help to twist the head of the screwdriver rather than merely working it back and forth.
If you are trying to access the keypad, you will have to proceed next by removing the other screws you now see exposed along the edges of circuit board (mine has three). There are also two plastic retaining clips on either side of the circuit board holding it in place. Once you unsnap these, be prepared for a few things to fall out. They go back easily, but you'll want to keep track of how they go.
To pair your Panasonic handset to the base, first make sure the handset is charged and within range of the base. Then, follow the specific pairing instructions outlined in your Panasonic phone's user manual. Typically, this involves selecting the "Menu" option on the handset, navigating to the "Settings" or "Handset" section, and selecting "Register" or "Pair" to initiate the pairing process.

A handset cord is a coiled or straight cable that connects a telephone handset to the base unit of a phone. It transmits audio signals between the handset and the phone, enabling communication. Handset cords are commonly found in traditional landline phones and can vary in length and design. They are essential for providing mobility and convenience while using the phone.
Mostly prices depend on the model that you're looking for. Starting from Basic the price starts going higher with the features that are added to the phone, some come with answering machine, number of bases etc. Just a basic two handset panasonic phone cant start at $45 and then the price goes up. Hope this helps.
