and open the file called descr_strat using notepad.
It will look like this:

Depends on if you want to do it the normal and fair way or if you want to edit program files and cheat. I can tell you how to cheat, but I don't do it myself because where's the fun in that? So let me know which one you want.

Is Medieval 2 Total war better than Rome Total war?
