I have been tattooing for over 6yrs now and have come to find that Intenze ink is the best out there. Not just the Black but also every other color that they have.
Tattooing black skin is much different than tattooing a white or brown skin pigment because you can usually only use black ink because color doesn't show up as well as light pigmented skin, so a dark pigmented person might be limited to there ink colors and some tattoos on certain areas of the body...

According to my tattoo artist, if professional ink is used the affect is equal. UNLESS you are allergic to specific ingredients to one particular color.
