This depends entirely on your definition of "glitch". All objects are made up of subatomic particles that behave probabilistically. Some theories say that it is possible for some particles to exist in two places at once, or even to disappear and reappear somewhere else. On a subatomic scale, particles may "glitch" in real life all the time. On a large scale, however, this would never happen.
