the rotor spun yarn must be produced & used more to improve supply to handloom & .powerloom sectors the production can be boosted by making such [rotor spg. units] decentralised ones. i.e. they can buy the raw material , draw frame slivers from big spg. mills & spin the yarn on rotor spg machines. Thus they will be saving infrastructural cost & in lesser floor space they can run their units.
