it's the new fabric...that soft cotton, but not all soft cotton. how many t-shirts did you throw away thinking it was something you did? we all need to make a point of returning all our t-shirts which this happens to, so that they will stop buying this fabric and making clothes from a defective fabric. it doesn't even matter whether you wash or dry clean. it will eventually happen within a few months.
