The 0750 means the watch is 18K Gold>
The markings "18k" and "0750" on a watch indicate that the metal used is 18 karat gold, which means it contains 75% pure gold and 25% other metals. The number "0750" is a hallmark that confirms the gold's purity level, consistent with the 18k designation. This signifies a high-quality gold content, often associated with luxury watches.

I have a gold mesh bracelet with that stamp on it and in looking for its provenance, I came across a website in Germany which gave a listing of fake gold stamps (18K 0.750 being one of them) and the lady said it is illegal to sell anything in Germany with that stamp. Now I really want to know the truth, because there are quite a few items with that stamp on eBay right now. Corinne Von Ferber
