iron isn't 'obtained' from anything as it is a naturally occurring element.naturally it is found as an ore that needs to be purified such as haematite.usually for industrial use, iron is gotten by purifying haematite in a blast furnace.some other methods to purify iron from its ores are the catalan forge, crucible steel, bessemer process and electric arc furnace
Iron
iron
Iron is primarily obtained from the minerals hematite (Fe2O3) and magnetite (Fe3O4). These minerals are mined and processed to extract the iron metal that is used in various industries for making steel, machinery, and other products.
After heating iron in air iron oxides are obtained; these oxides have a lower density than iron.
An iron sulfide is obtained: FeS2.
The preparation of iron(III) oxide is simple.
Pig iron is crude iron as first obtained from a smelting furnace, in the form of oblong blocks.
By smelting iron ores in the furnace, you'll earn iron ingots. Iron ores can be obtained by mining in generated caves.
Iron (Fe)
When iron and sulfur are combined, they form iron sulfide. Iron sulfide is a compound with the chemical formula FeS and it is a solid black powder.
Hematite is an ore of the element Iron.
By heating this compound is thermally dissociated: iron oxide and sulfur dioxide are obtained.
