Some people abbreviate it as "Exp" but doing so is idiotically redundant as when pronouncing "xp" you already pronounce the word faster.. while pronouncing it as "Exp" you either say only "xp" or actually say "E-xp"... making abbreviating the word redundant because you're extending the original abbreviation. The proper abbreviation for "Experience" is "xp"
