It allows the adhesive to bond to the vinyl better and also helps cushion
Haven't got a clue! Haven't got a clue!
I doubt either is necessary on second floor. Rosin paper is cheaper than felt. I would probably use either #15 or #30 felt.
What is under the linoleum? If it is stuck down well, you can put new tiles on there once. However, if you get to "the bottom of things," you may be able to fill in any dips in the floor and correct any other issues that will make your vinyl tiles look even better. It will take elbow grease and a crowbar and some major adhesive remover to take off the linoleum, but it can be done. If you choose to tile over the linoleum, make sure it is super clean and free of any grease.

Rosin paper is used under hardwood flooring to provide a vapor barrier. ---- Many manufactures today say that rosin paper is your choice. It does make installation easier because the boards move around the floor smoother, but offers little more.
You can but it would not be recommended. It would be beat to insure there is proper under layment before putting new floor down. Be sure to follow manufacturers recommendations in regards to foam or tar paper prior to installing laminate floor. This will help keep the floor quiet over the life of the floor. - No linolium is a very smooth surface product which will cause laminate to slide and eventually cause joins to fracture. All laminates should be on a sound sub flooring with an anti slip membrane places under it. The subfloor should be checked for level and solidness - holes and divertes need to be filled. If the subfloor is wooden then loose boarding need to be SCREWED down not nailed so that these boards do not cause squeaking and movement.
Guess - unlagged hot pipes under the floor. Or under-floor heating!!

Doors usually have a small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, and in most cases, it is possible for a piece of paper to fit through that gap. So even if a door is locked, you can still deliver a piece of paper.
Put a glass over it, slide paper under the glass to seal it, then walk it outside and release it.
you have to go to the library in the castle go down there should be a crumbled up paper click it it might open but you have to collect paper from under his bed in the museum then once you click the paper and the part of the floor opens up there should be the stinky cheese on the floor
