Very few people ever do. Precautions are often enforced, but nobody in my class has had major injuries. So if you and your peers are careful, none.

Most wood shop injuries consist of small scrapes and small cuts, nothing more than if someone was to fall and scrape their knees. One accident that occurs a bit more frequently is long hair getting caught up in the power tools. Although this usually isn't an injury, it can be very traumatic experience for the victim.
