You would not want to use a glue for this. As a temporary measure, you could wash the area, apply pressure to stop any bleeding, and then use an adhesive butterfly stitch like would be available in a first aid kit. Contact your doctor to ask if you need to go to an emergency room or if they can see you quickly. This sometimes requires stitches to allow the ear to grow back together. If not properly done, the ear can heal with a permanent split. It will also need to be monitored for infection.
