Bead-glue
Epoxy would glue beads to bone best.
You can attach beads by sewing or gluing them. Sew beads on like you would buttons. If you do glue them make sure you are using a flexible fabric glue for beads or sequins. Make sure the glue dries clear and that you put enough glue to go throught the hole to help hold it. Do not machine wash anything you have glued beads to. They will be chipped or knocked off.
Either use a hot glue gun or some super glue.

Kraft glue or elmers glue

Spray contact cement works well. I've used 'Sta-Put' -available at stores that sell plastic laminates for countertops.
