just a general fuel line tool made like a pair of siccors in your local parts store should do it ive removed all fords with the same tool
On the drivers side of van, in front of the fuel tank, along the frame. You will need a fuel line tool to release filter.
There is no need to bleed air from a fuel pump.
You need to get a quick disconnect tool from any parts house to remove the fuel lines.
You need fuel line clips that release the spring inside the clips.
You need a fuel line disconnect tool. Slide it over fuel line and push towards the connection and pull, the line will come off.
Just remove the fuel pump fuse at the fuse box. Then start the engine until it burns the little fuel it has on the line. Now you can disconnect the battery and remove whatever it is from the fuel line you need to remove, insure no spark anywhere near.
You will need to drain the fuel from your 2000 Chevrolet Blazer fuel tank. Remove the fuel line from the fuel tank. Remove the fuel filter retaining plate. Remove the fuel filter. Reverse the process to install the new fuel filter.

Provided it is all factory.....it will be in the Rochester carb. Where the fuel line mounts to it. The fuel line screws in to the fuel filter housing. You'll need to remove the line, then remove the housing. However, most people end up putting an inline filter on.....which could be located anywhere between the fuel tank and the carb.
It's under the drivers side seat on the fuel line. You will need to remove the transmission cover to get to it.
You will need to remove the gas tank from your 2004 VW Passat in order to change the fuel filter. Remove the gas line. Remove the fuel filter retaining plate. Reverse the process to install the new fuel filter.
