I would recommend looking on Craig's List for a used tank (15-20 gallon).
It would be better to let natural light in, also much more sanitary. Wood is porous and would absorb your pet's waste, where as a glass tank can be cleaned and washed out when needed.
"One suggestion is to get a USB enclosure for your NAS enclosure device. The more the buffer, the better."
Your bearded dragon will become fully grown regardless of the size of the enclosure, provided you properly meet its needs for food, UVB, heat, and hides, but a MINIMUM of a 60 gallon sized tank would be recommended for the adult lizard to be free of stress and have enough room to be comfortable. Bigger is, of course, better.
yes
Yes as long as your beardie has a proper sized enclosure and the temps are right
Encierro - literally translates to enclosure, but is Better used for a walled area, prison, area where something or some one is restrained or cannot leave. Also can be used as "cornered" Recinto - Better used for a campus enclosure, compound, etc. Cercado - Better used for a Fenced area rather than walled.
An electronic is cheaper, I guess. But I do think an acoustic sounds better.

Repti Bark is not recommended as a substrate for bearded dragons. It can cause impaction if ingested and does not hold humidity well. Sand or tile are better options for bearded dragon substrates.
A psp is better but a nds is cheaper
