You have to pull that whole assembly apart to get to the bearings. The wheel comes off, then the brake rotor, then you have the hub assembly. The bearings are inside of that.

i am pretty sure the front bearings are part of the entire hub assembly. replacing the bearings requires replacing the enitre front hub. at least that's how it was on my 97 dualie.
Your question isn't clear. The seals usually last the life of rotor or bearings inside and are not a maintenance item for replacement. generally they are only removed when replacing bearings or installing a new rotor and even then, if careful often can be reused.
