I have seen some of the higher sizes from the Bullhead brand at one time on the Pacsun website. Maybe you can check that out? And in the end if you can't find anything, there are always fitted jeans. (which look better in my opinion.)
But if your bent on skinny maybe do some research on the stretchy denim with elastic in it. I dont know how it works, its magic.
