This is a common procedure and info is available in any shop manual. If your speaking brakes, look there, if your speaking clutch look there. (There are several slaves in most any hydraulic system.) The part is available at most any part store. You can also rebuild the cylinder if it isn't in too bad of shape and save some money.
It has to be on the slave cylinder, not sure that was your question.
no. the clutch master cylinder is under the hood, typically near the brake master cylinder, and the slave cylinder is underneath, connected to the fork and throwout bearing on the transmission.
The slave cylinder is inside the transmission on most models and can't be changed without first removing the tranny. It would be a wise decision to change the clutch at the same time as the job requires a lot of labor.

There was more than one engine option. Which engine did you have in mind?
F350 is a Ford. Why is fuel getting into the crankcase? Dead cylinder and it is running past the rings. If that's not your question, rephrase it and ask again.
There is none.
