There is an expantion tank under the bonet it is situated on the blukhead this is were you top up the water there are two marks on the expantion tank a max and a minmum if it is in between this mark it is ok.
its on the left hand side of the engine compartment when you look under the bonnet. The first tank is for the screen wash. The second is the radiator top up and the third is power steering if you have it.

check little switch under your brake pedal....... and check brake fluid. This was the problem on daughters 206 . Topped up brake fluid on now ok.
