Actually, it will. Clear nail polish has plenty of alcohol in it, which can remove permanent marker.
And, idiot who answered this question wrong, don't call people "retard".
A Sharpie and nail polish remover have the same chemicals in them. Nail polish remover has the chemicals to remove that so it adapts also to Sharpies.

I believe that nail polish remover would take it off the tile.
I had some nail polish smudge on my screen today, carefully scratched off as much dried nail polish as I could, then dampened a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and spent a few minutes rubbing the rest of the nail polish residue away, worked like a charm! I heard nail polish remover might damage the laptop screen as it's not made of glass it's an LCD. Don't know for sure if that's true but didn't want to chance it!
Use a ruler, it is probably around 1cm Edit: No argument. But a smudge consists of three elements. Length, width, and depth. The result is a volume.
No, Well if I were you then I wouldn't do that because: Sharpies are permanent markers and it isn't nail polish so it won't work on nail polish remover I think! But I wouldn't take a risk. But I am not you so go ahead and try it if you want to... If you will then I recommended you to put a dot on your nails with a sharpie instead of the whole nail.
It should if you rub really hard, but nail polish remover gets it off really well too though. :)
