To open the transit door with a flat battery, you can use the manual key entry, if available. Locate the keyhole on the driver's side door, insert the key, and turn it to unlock the door. If the vehicle has a manual release for the sliding door or rear door, you may also be able to access that mechanism directly. Alternatively, jump-starting the battery or using a portable power pack can restore electrical function to unlock the doors.
