OEM is 5W30 recommended, however, it is really up to where your geographic location is. I used to live in Denver, CO and the dealerships there recommend something lighter due to weather conditions during the winter. If you live in an area where it is reasonably no extreme weather variations, then the OEM weight should be just fine.
