i have a 2005 and my does the same thing--the interior light and dinger goes off
Some cars have a door dinger that lets you know when the door is open. My dinger was old and instead of dinging it made a clicking sound it maybe that. i hope that helps you.
In a 2004 Kia Sorento, the fuse for the door lock is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. It is usually labeled as "Door Lock" or "Power Door Locks." To confirm the exact fuse number and location, it's best to consult the vehicle's owner's manual, which provides specific details for the fuse layout.
There should be a fuel door release button on the driver's door, right next to the switches for the power windows and the outside mirror.
No it doesn't.
The warning light indicating that a door is ajar on your 2004 Kia Sorento may be triggered by a faulty door switch or sensor, which can become worn or misaligned over time. Moisture or dirt in the switch can also cause it to malfunction. Additionally, if any of the doors are not fully closing or if there’s an issue with the wiring, it could lead to the warning light being activated erroneously. It's best to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue.
If your dome light does not come on when the door is open and you have checked the bulb it is probably the diode. It is located in a bundle of wires near the fuse box in panel under drivers side dash board.
Google "homelink" or go to www.homelink.com and muck around. Homelink, apparently a division of Johnson Controls, makes the mirror.
I had the same problem on mine. On the door ,You will need to tighten the three screws that holds the door lock.
33 psi its on the drivers door frame
The fuse for the automatic rear door on a 2004 Nissan Quest is in the fuse box under the driver's side dash. It is on the right side.
Sounds like there is a problem with the door ajar switches. There is one on each door. It looks like a push button. It is usually located on the hinge side of the door. Try spray some silicone spray and working it in and out.If that doesnt work then one will have to be replced. Try one door then the other to find the bad one. switch is inside door and is part of latch can be unplugged i did mine
Right below the parking brake release.
