2005 Kia Sedona Van and the heat doesn't heat but the air cools What is wrong?

it's probably the heat sircuit in the dash (RRHTR button) is faulty as that meeds to be selected then when you turn on the rear fan heater should light up on the dial it's all electrnisly controled so if any of those switches or sensors fail you wont get the heat to the back
