If you are asking about changine the oil filter on the 5.7 leater engine?. Read On.
Believe me it not as easy as you think. The oil filter is up under the skid plate on the 5.7L engine and it's NOT a traditional spin-on filter. I went looking for it, finally I went on the Toyota owners web page to find out how to change the oil filter. After reading that it's a paper filter and requires dropping the skid plate and removing 4 screws to change the filter (If you don't get it sealed right it will leak.) I decided to let Toyota change it and avoid the hassle. ALSO the engine requires 0-20 viscosity oil or in a pinch 5-20 for a short term fix.
I used to do all my own maintenance on my vehicles. Today it's imposable I think I still know how to check the air in the tires and Toyota already has an on-board gauge for that.

A 2008 Toyota Tundra with a 5.7L engine typically requires about 6.5 quarts of oil when equipped with a standard oil filter. If you are using a larger oil filter, the capacity may increase slightly. Always check the owner's manual for the most accurate specifications for your specific vehicle.
