The bulb and reflector are separate units. There are different bulbs depending on the year of the car and whether you're replacing the high or low beam. The proper part number is shown in the owner's manual. If you don't have one for some reason, you can simply remove the original bulb and get the number from that.
Always replace bulbs in pairs. The left and right side bulbs have been in the car for the same amount of time working under the same conditions so if one is out, the other won't be far behind.

I've been told by the Toyota dealer that the rear bumper must be removed to replace a reverse bulb on the 2007 Solara Sport. Is there any other way?

You cant just change the bulb, you have to change the whole headlamp.
