If it is a 4x4 with "neutral" on the transfer case, put the transmission in park and the t-case in neutral. If it is not a 4x4 or does not have neutral on the t-case, then the answer is simply no. The transmission should be an A43D or R154 IIRC, and does not circulate fluid w/o the engine running, so will burn bearings and bushings if towed much more than about 5 miles.
There is one other option, which is to let the engine just idle in neutral while it is being towed, as this will keep fluid circulating.
