Using 10W-30 synthetic blend oil in a 2004 Nissan Murano is generally acceptable, but it is essential to check the owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommended oil viscosity. The Murano typically specifies 5W-30 for optimal performance and fuel efficiency. While using 10W-30 may not cause immediate damage, it could potentially affect engine performance and fuel economy, especially in colder climates. Always prioritize using the recommended oil type for the best long-term care of your vehicle.
10W30 (Check this) 2007 Owners Manual indicates SAE 5W-30
5W30, 10W30 regular, synthetic blend, or Full synthetic will work just fine
There is no difference in viscosity. A 10w30 full synthetic is the same as a 10w30 blend.
I use castrol synthetic 10w30 or royal purple 10w30 that is only if u want to spen $10 a quart for royal purple but any synthetic oil 10w30 will work only use synthetic
Semi synthetic oil 10W30 or 10W40 (e.g. Mobil Super) Fully synthetic oil 0W40 or 5W40 (e.g. Mobil 1) Refilling capacity - approx 3 litres
10w30 synthetic
10w30 or 5w30 conventional , synthetic blend, or full synthetic will do
i use 10w30 synthetic oil in mine, or u can just use 10w30 regular oil but the synthetic lubricates better and i notice that the engine makes less noise when i use synthetic
5W30 (for warmer climates you can use 10W30 or even 10W40) conventional oil or synthetic blend (Nissan does not recommend full synthetic). Make sure it is API Certified SM or SN. Change conventional oil every 3750 miles, synthetic blend every 5000 miles. New oil filter with every oil change.
